1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Creatro platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1.1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Access to "Unrestricted" models is strictly limited to adults.

2. "Unrestricted" Content Policy & Liability

Creatro provides access to "Unrestricted" AI models, meaning the system has fewer safety filters than standard models. HOWEVER, "Unrestricted" DOES NOT MEAN "Illegal".

IMPORTANT: You (the User) are the sole creator of the content generated using your account. You assume FULL LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY for all prompts you enter and all content you generate. Creatro acts solely as a technical tool provider and claims no ownership or liability for user-generated content.

3. Prohibited Uses

You strictly agree NOT to use the Service to generate:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Generating, soliciting, or uploading CSAM is strictly prohibited. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy. Violations will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
  • Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (Deepfakes): Generating realistic sexual or intimate images of real people (including celebrities) without their explicit consent is prohibited.
  • Illegal Content: Content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or illegal acts.
  • Fraud & Impersonation: Using generated content to scam, defraud, or impersonate others.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Credits and Payments

Credits purchased are non-refundable, except as required by law or in the case of technical service failure. We reserve the right to modify pricing and credit usage rates at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

Subject to your compliance with these terms, you own the rights to the content you generate. However, you acknowledge that AI generation is probabilistic and similar outputs may be generated for other users.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Creatro, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI outputs will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for your specific needs.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or refund, if you violate these Terms, specifically the "Prohibited Uses" section.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul.
